We love to play for kids!

Nearly from its inception in 1988, the Majestic Brass Quintet has been performing for children. Through the Boston Symphony's Youth Activities Program as well as through the Boston Musician's Association's Musical Outreach programs, the Majestic Brass has delighted hundreds of children with lively and entertaining music.

The Majestic Brass Quintet, under the leadership of noted Boston area trumpeter and educator Eric Berlin, will take your students on a magical ride through musical history. An entertaining show for students and teachers alike, the Majestic Brass Quintet introduces audiences to the brass family (and the disgusting way that they produce a sound) while presenting music from the baroque through jazz.

In an effort to aid music educators, programs can be tailored to enhance the classroom experience by incorporating composers and topics currently being discussed in class. Whether the topics are basic rhythm concepts to twentieth century composers, the Majestic Brass' large library will add a spark that only live performance can provide.

In addition to demonstration concerts, the Majestic Brass Quintet is available for residencies and masterclasses with students of all ages.
